If you haven't tried Pilates before, that is ok .............. We will take you through an introductory programme consisting of 3 One on One sessions.
In the first session you will be assessed & taught the Principles of Pilates to help you understand how to fire our important Stability Muscles, which will help you make the most out of every Pilates session. The second session we like to teach you some Pilates Matwork exercises specifically for your body, so you have some moves to practice at home. The Third session we will likely put you on our Pilates Reformer & go over some of the Pilates essential repertoire. Then we can decide together which class or group would be the most suitable for you, or weather you may need or prefer some more One On One sessions.
Perhaps you are just in you sporting off season. If you are, this is a great time to be doing some core & joint strengthening & helping you recover from any injuries & niggles you may have developed. We can help to teach you correct muscle firing patterns to ensure you become even better in your game.
