"DRY JULY" means different things to different people! For us here at Pilates New Plymouth it means staying dry & keeping our fitness regime up with NO excuses but lots of Fun!

Over the month of July we have some spaces available for some 'one on ones' to get you started with a Pilates programme that will complement your current training. Or if you normally work out with a group of friends, we can get you all started together in the comfort & warmth of our Studio!

We will start with the basics by teaching you the Pilates principles, then we can get you into an existing class, or design a 5 week plan to suit!
