
Mat Classes on offer are kept small at each level of class so we can progress as clients progress towards their goals & master the Pilates technique.
At our Studio you will be in a class of up to 6 people.
Small class sizes & the personalised nature of the training ensures we can offer corrective cues & monitor progression.
Essential, Intermediate & Advanced Pilates will be available. Constant progression from day to day, and week to week will be encouraged to ensure our clients are getting a good workout, relative to their needs & levels of fitness. We will also introduce other equipment in conjunction with the Mat exercise & offer modifications to accommodate individual limitations or requirements to increase the challenge of the exercise.
