So A few changes at the Studio this month......
It is the School Holiday period where a lot of our clients are busier than ever with children/ grandchildren, holidays away or extra visitors. Therefore we have cut just a few classes out during this time. We have accommodated clients into some different classes, which is a nice way to introduce them to something new. Maybe- if you have only ever done a Mat Class- you could try a Reformer class!
We also have a lot more One on One sessions available during this time so if you have never done Pilates before NOW is a great time to get started. We will help you to learn the basic Pilates principles so you will get the most benefit from your Pilates workouts & also your every day life.
Another change ..... we have to say "see you sometime" to our lovely instructor Emily! Who, due to other commitments will now only be available to fill in from time to time. I know many of our clients will miss Emily as their regular Instructor. Thanks Emily for doing a great job over the last 18months or so.
We also have 2 lovely clients who are off to New York for the Marathon in November, so throughout October Alana will be working with them specifically to help with their endurance survival with some great Pilates workouts!
